Something about myself

This is the first time I write a blog, so please bear with me until I get use to it. I consider myself as a point and shoot photographer, just take the pictures hope for the best and don't know why some pictures are so lousy. Naturally, I blame that to the camera instead. I did not own a SLR camera until I bought a Canon Rebel XT for this class. So a lot to figure out how to use it. This class intimidated me at first. It seems like many students are professional at this. I have to start learning somewhere somehow, and I think this class will be great, friendly classmates and nice and helpful teacher and TA. Personally, I like to take nature, flower pictures, people, anything that is real because creativity is not in my gene. I hope by the end of the class, I'll be able to take better pictures and have fun along the way.

Lucy,

I don't agree with the idea that you don't have creativity in your genes. To me it is obvious that you care deeply about the people and other living things in your world, and that you see them through that lens. Where there is love, there is always creativity.

I enjoy your work.
