This assignment is hard for me since I don't know about Photoshop that much. I read the book but it is hard when you actually try to follow, not always work like how it tells you.
Oh Lucy, this is so adorable! Like a personalized birthday card you could send someone. Looks like you got the techniques figured out good. Nicely balanced artistic vision.
I am glad you tried two approaches for this one. It seems you were getting warmed up in the first attempt with the calendar piece and then you made something really menaingful to you for the second. Nice job using color.
